Generally, people who are requested to deliver eulogies are those people who are considered to know best the deceased person. Many people call funeral poems death poems, I for one really hate this expression, as I said earlier everything about the funeral should reflect the person's life. You may feel that you are too sad or that you don't have the skills to write and deliver an appropriately moving tribute at a funeral or memorial service. During funerals, it is suggested that you ask the bereaved if you can do anything to help them.
Death is hard to accept but can be made easier by the love extended by people who truly care. Grief is not something we can simply set aside.
